• We had the annual Men event in June. Now is the time for the ladies to show their beauty & talent in the annual Lady event in July.

• Moderate 10 nautical miles sailing rally in Southern waters of HK Island in the morning from 11:00

•  Maximum 3 ladies to do Yoga Poses on your boat after anchored  at a nearby Bay after the sailing session from about 13:30

• Do the yoga poses anywhere in cabins or on deck of your boat and take photos of their poses

• Enjoy your own F&B for the lunch and the cruising after the ladies completed the Yoga exercise

• Edit your photos before submit 3 of them to the Yoga Contest by day end on 16th July 2022

•  Results will be announced on the next Monday but date of the prize giving ceremony will be confirmed later.

• Prizes will be awarded to Sailing / Yoga Contest / Overall Results.
