​The Second Event in year 2023

 

2023 Chinese New Year Coastal Rally

Tuesday 24th January 2023 (CNY holiday Day 3)

​

• A great news that the cross boarder visit between Hong Kong and Macau is now re-opened.   Macau Races are able to be resumed.

​

• However, time window is too short for us to arrange a Macau Race during the 2023 Chinese New Year Holiday.  Moreover, Macau is now in the peak period of COVID inflection and it is not wise to go there yet.

​

• Therefore, we continue to arrange our planned event for 2023 Chinese New Year  -- a long distance coastal rally within Hong Kong waters with similar sailing distance as going to Macau on 2023 Chinese New Year Day 3 - Tuesday 24th January 2023

​

•  Rally will be started between 10:30 to 11:00 at Shek O Rock and target to finish the 30/40 nautical miles at Cheung Chau Rock before dark.

​

• Will have HKPN and IRC Class in the Rally.

​

                                               Non-member boat : HKD600.-
